Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we'll send your tracking information via email so you can monitor delivery.

Out of Stock & Backorders

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as such on the product page. If an item is available for backorder, you'll see this clearly indicated, meaning you can still purchase it, and we'll ship it as soon as it's back in stock.

• If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll notify you via email and offer a refund or alternative.
• If you choose to wait, we'll add 5% store credit to your EST Skinlab account as a thank-you for your patience.

Product Updates & Delays

In cases of manufacturer delays or packaging updates, you'll see a note on the product page (e.g. Packaging Update). If this affects your order, our team will contact you directly to discuss options before shipping.

We ship all orders with Australia Post to ensure fast and reliable service.

• Free Express Delivery on all orders over $199
• A flat rate of $9 applies to orders under $99
• Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout
• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days

For your security, all orders are shipped with Australia Post Signature on Delivery service. This means that:

• A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order.
• If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. A card will be left with details on how to collect your order.
• Once your parcel has been signed for at the nominated delivery address, ownership and responsibility pass to the recipient.
• We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after your order has been signed for.

We offer a convenient Click & Collect service at our retail store and clinics. Simply place your order online and select your preferred store or clinic for collection. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you via SMS and email.

Collection Instructions:

Please note: Orders are only available for collection once you have received a notification that your order is ready for pick up - which may take up to 5 business days. To ensure a smooth experiences, kindly do not visit the store or clinic before receiving this confirmation.

When collecting your order, please bring:

• Your Tax Invoice or Order Confirmation/Email
• A valid Photo ID
• The credit card used for payment (if applicable)

Our team will verify your details and have you sign for your order to ensure it is handed to the correct person.
